Enoch Escalera

Enoch Escalera is an associate in Northmarq’s Portland office, specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio analysis and management of single tenant net lease retail properties.

Before joining Northmarq, Enoch was self-employed, managing various business ventures. He pursued his passion and earned a bachelor's degree in Finance, followed by a Master's in Real Estate Development from Portland State University. Armed with a solid educational background, Enoch possesses advanced skills in proformas, financial modeling, and forecasting. A testament to his vision and execution, Enoch originated the idea and spearheaded the creation of brand-specific cap rate guides, a valuable resource in the industry. His education and background not only equip him with the technical know-how but also cultivate his ability to think like a stakeholder.
