Roan Thompson

Roan Thompson is an associate producer in Northmarq’s Atlanta office, where he specializes in multifamily debt and equity. He supports the team through a combination of production, underwriting and market research, helping to identify and create strategic opportunities for clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Roan spent three years at Avison Young as an analyst on the Industrial Capital Markets team. In that role, he focused on underwriting and property valuation, as well as analyzing market data to support quarterly reporting and investment strategy.

Roan is an active member of Capital Group, a young professionals’ organization focused on fellowship and strengthening faith in Christ. He is also a member of the Georgia Chapter of the CCIM Institute, furthering his engagement with the commercial real estate community.

Roan received his B.B.A. degree in finance and economics from Liberty University. He has also holds a Georgia real estate license.
