Tim Kuruzar

Tim Kuruzar is a senior vice president on Northmarq’s Commercial Investment Sales team based in Los Angeles. Tim has over 14 years of experience and over $3 billion of closed transactions in retail investment advisory throughout Southern California and the Western United States. He concentrates his time and expertise on maximizing value and saving time for both institutional and private clients. 

Overall, Tim has more than 19 years of real estate experience in Southern California. Prior to his tenure at Northmarq, he was a senior director in JLL’s Los Angeles office for seven years, working with Private Capital and Institutional Investors. Before that, Tim was a vice president with CBRE. 

He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), reflecting his commitment to staying engaged with industry trends and networking within the retail real estate community. Tim is also an engaged member of the Alzheimer’s Association and Alois Society, where he raises funds and lends his support.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business finance from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business, along with a minor in psychology.
