WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. — Northmarq’s Denver Multifamily Investment Sales team, led by Dave Martin and Brian Mooney successfully completed the $97 million sale of Outlook Table Mesa, a 250-unit garden apartment community located at 4051 Clear Creek Dr in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Northmarq represented the seller, Evergreen Devco, Inc. The buyer was FJ Management.
