Northmarq’s Midwest Investment Sales team arranges sale for 566-unit, two-property multifamily portfolio
BELLEVUE, Neb. (March 4, 2025) — Northmarq’s Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Parker Stewart, Anthony Martinez, Dominic Martinez and Alex Malzone successfully brokered the sale of two Nebraska multifamily properties totaling 566 units. The portfolio includes:
- The Vue | 330 units | 2882 Comstock Plaza, Bellevue, Nebraska
- Lakeview Park | 236 units | 510 Surfside Dr., Lincoln, Nebraska
Northmarq represented the seller, a joint venture between Vantage Capital Advisors and Cherry Tree Capital Partners. The buyer was a private Canadian investment firm.
"The seller’s effective execution of their value-add business strategy created exceptional returns, allowing these assets to outperform expectations with the in-place fixed debt creating immediate cash flow with future upside," said Stewart. “It was a very competitive marketing process as we received a significant number of offers from qualified groups spanning North America.
