Anthony Pino
Anthony Pino is responsible for multifamily, build-to-rent and manufactured housing transactions throughout the Baltimore, southern Pennsylvania, southern Virginia and greater Mid-Atlantic regions.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Anthony served as an investment associate at Cushman & Wakefield, where he co-founded the firm’s Baltimore Investment Sales team and National Manufactured Housing group. At Cushman & Wakefield, he worked primarily with private and middle-market owners in the sale of multifamily properties, mobile home parks and development opportunities. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he served as a business development coordinator at CMG Financial supporting their loan origination business.
Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree from Towson University and is a graduate of The St. Paul’s School for Boys in Brooklandville, Maryland. Beyond the company, Anthony is a member of the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) and a 2024 winner of the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s 30 Under 30 award.
He received the Top Sales Broker Team award in Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s Best of 2024 and the CoStar Q4 2024 Power Broker Quarterly Deal Award.
