Ari Azarbarzin

Ari Azarbarzin is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales throughout the Baltimore, southern Pennsylvania and greater Mid-Atlantic regions. With over 10 years of industry experience, he has completed more than $1 billion worth of transactions receiving numerous recognitions, frequently contributing his expertise at various industry events and interviews with news publications. 

Prior to joining Northmarq, Ari served as a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he oversaw investment sales activity in the Baltimore region working with private, middle-market and institutional owners real estate providing disposition services for multifamily, manufactured housing, land and single family rental/build-to-rent properties. 

Beyond Northmarq, Ari is a member of the Baltimore Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Leadership Advisory Committee, in addition to being a scholarship benefactor, and actively supports The Maryland SPCA. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. 

Ari is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) and a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and Pennsylvania. He has been recognized as a Costar "Power Broker," a "Rising Star" by Commercial Property Executive and is a past recipient of the Baltimore Business Journal’s "40 Under 40" award.

He received the Top Sales Broker Team award in Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s Best of 2024 and the CoStar Q4 2024 Power Broker Quarterly Deal Award.
